asically, the Order of the Friends of Jeshua represents a group of ordinary individuals who decided to devote themselves to acknowledging their personal and collective divinity and living their daily lives from that divinity.
We came together as friends, associates, and a group of people who just happen to also be ministers, priests and bishops. We were all looking for a more vital Spirituality and deeper purpose. Initially we got together and began talking about what we each believed about the Absolute ― that which we refer to as God ― what we really desired in terms of a relationship with that Infinite Spirit, and how we saw the answers to those questions playing out in our daily lives.
What became clear for us, is that Spirituality is a part of all that we experience moment to moment, if we can remember not to allow ourselves to be distracted by the noise, rush, and chaos of “the world.” It is the foundation upon which Life is based. As Dr. Wayne Dyer said some time ago, we are Spiritual Beings having a physical experience, not the other way around. What we were looking for was a means to bring this perspective from just another “farout” philosophical idea or dogmatic religious “movement,” to being a very practical, effective, and even commonsense approach to living.
We all recognized the life and ministry of Jeshua (more commonly known as “Jesus”)
held a particular emphasis for us, though we all appreciated the value and beauty
of the World’s religions and other Spiritual faith traditions. It soon became apparent
that what we were desiring was to literally apply Jeshua’s teaching of unconditional
acceptance, forgiveness, and infinite Love in our daily lives. The practical means
for fulfilling this desire lay in opening ourselves up to the “Holy Spirit” ― call
it intuition, higher guidance, Spirit guides, or whatever else you desire. In essence,
we proposed to re-
dwells within us, as us ― not as something new to be “discovered,” but as something innate to every human being that has simply been over looked or denied for too long.
With this intention clarified, our purpose likewise became clear. We decided we would spread a practical understanding that ‘The Kingdom of Heaven IS within us,’ and assist those who may be interested in joining us in accepting their personal and our collective Divinity as well.
Hence, the Order of the Friends of Jeshua was established and officially chartered.
It is founded on what we consider the ancient and modern teachings of Jeshua. It
is legitimately established on 22 lines of Apostolic Succession that extend historically
back to the original Apostles ― but do not fall under the authority of the Roman
Catholic Church. It is likewise established on the findings of quantum and meta
physics, modern day scholarship, individual communion with the Holy Spirit, and most
certainly personal faith. We intend for this to be an official monastic order ―
that is, a serious, disciplined orientation to living Life from a Spiritual focus.
We intend to offer classes /dialogs, workshops, retreats, and eventually ordination
into Holy Orders. We consider ourselves a legitimate universal, All-
We do not presume to have all the answers… the answers, in truth, are and have always been within YOU. We acknowledge that each of us was given the ultimate authority for our lives from the beginning by Absolute Spirit. Our intention is to facilitate in establishing fellowship, the exchange of ideas, and creating opportunity for Spiritual communion that will enable us to attune with our answers. We invite you to explore the ideas we have embraced, the answers we are finding, and then decide for yourself where you will go from there.
Spirit is sadly absent from much that passes for “things spiritual” and “religiosity” today. As we have already stated elsewhere, a vast majority of people know this to be true in their hearts. Those who do not consciously recognize this nevertheless hunger for it in many ways. There is much of modern “religiosity” that needs to be clarified, redefined, and unlearned. It is time. God and Spirit offer very sound, dynamic and practical answers to modern day life if we are open to changing our minds and hearts.
In conclusion, we want to assure you that while we are open and pretty “laid-
When you make the conscious decision to embrace the divinity within you, recognize
that you are literally inviting the Holy Spirit (or whatever you want to call it)
to enter your life and affairs. It WILL respond. It will move to awaken you from
the dross of all that you thought you knew. You will be brought face to face with
ALL of your “stuff” ― convictions, beliefs, reservations, prejudices, judgments,
“absolutes,” your ego, appearances, and projections. These are merely the elements
that contradict or lie in opposition to the Love you are in Truth. You need to be
aware and prepared to pay attention in order to recognize the “rough spots” you may
encounter for the proverbial “separating of the wheat from the chaff.” Things can
and will “appear” rough at times. We are being invited to forgive ourselves. We
are being invited to come up higher. We do that by taking responsibility ― 100%
of it ― for our individual part in creating the world we live in. Rest assured nothing
will ever be the same again. At the same time you will begin to recognize how beauty-
